Hello,
I'm trying to connect to a meter ITron Gallus Net G4

, compatible with DLMS/COSEM protocol.
I'm using a serial connection, but I'm not sure which is the correct DLMS configuration, because the meter is not into the device list. Could you please help to set correct parameter for it?

In this document it is said that meter supports DLMS/COSEM protocol.
But IR service interface is EN62056-21.
If this is true, this means that you can't read your meter with DLMS using optical eye.

In document is said that meter is DLMS/COSEM certified, but I can't see DLMS label on the picture.
Is there DLMS label on the meter?

thenk you for the answer. seems that in the meter there isn't the DLSM label. If you want I can send to you the photo of the meter. I'm trying to connect to it using WMB US interface @ 169 MHz, connected as serial interface to a PC running the DLMS director. Using serial interface I receive only "encrypted" data, and I'm trying to decode/understand data using DLMS director.
What do you think about?
The producer (Itron) said that meter is compliant with UNI/TS 11291-11, with systemTitle encoded as bigendian

do you have good news about italian gas meters compliant with UNI 11291?

I would use gurux library but from this post seem that is not possible....

Hi,

We have checked data what you sent.
Meter is sending Ciphered DLMS message inside M-Bus frame.
We can parse the DLMS part, but we have to check M-bus part.
I'm wondering why message length is one byte higher than actual data. 0x72.
