You can create a new topic selecting correct category from Gurux Forum and then create a new topic selecting "New Topic" from the top left.

I trying reading generic profile from Itron ACE6000 with DLMSDirector. I can read other values but when I try generic profile the soft shows an error saying: someting like Out of matrix limits or count is greater than number of elements. Is there any way for reading generic profile from ACE6000 with DLMSDirector?

Select "Read All" tab. After that it should work.
