Hello,

I am trying to get Billing Profile. It can be accessed by com_readRowsByEntry(), but no data in index 2 when read by com_readRowsByRange(), with start and end time.
com_readRowsByEntry
Other OBIS like "1.0.99.2.0.255" Daily Load profile. works on both functions com_readRowsByEntry() and com_readRowsByRange(). I used similar way as of "1.0.99.2.0.255" for Billing, but it is not working.

For start time and end time , I first read clock, and give its value to end time and start time, and by function time_addDays(), I substract 90 days from start time. then use start and end time in com_readRowsByRange(), as described below:

startTime=endTime=clock1.time;
hrs=0-hrs;
time_addDays(&startTime,90);
com_readRowsByRange(&pg,&startTime,&endTime);

Please help me to solve this issue, I want to read data between time period.

Hi,

Can you read this with GXDLMSDirector? Some meters expect that the minutes and seconds are set to zero. Check first that.

I also tried by clearing minute and hour value but still facing issue. and I can read data by GXDLMSDirector.

Hi,

Can you add the GXDLMSDirector log? Only the read command is enough so I can check the bytes.
