unable to buld the project through visual studio

hi,
I am not able to build this project and as a result i am unable to get the .exe file , please guide me.

Hi,

You need VS 2019 to build it. What kind of problems you have?

Hii, i have downloaded the dlms director and opened it in visual studio 2019, but it when i try to build the project, i get some errors as abc.resx file.not found whichh is causing build failure

I just downloaded latest version from GitHub and test it. It works without problems. Where you have downloaded GXDLMSDirector?

hi Mikko,
I have downloaded the code from github: https://github.com/Gurux/GXDLMSDirector.
1)unzipped files
2)opened visual studio and clicked on open from local folder
3)opened the develpoment folder. and i have selected GXDLMSDirector.sln in solution explorer and tried to build, there wont be any .exe till i build, but is it expecting .exe before build right and when i click ok , i am getting 14 errors.

the error is saying cintent is downloaded from internet so you need to remove the mark, i checked for this error in stackoverflow and checked still didnot work

Hi,

Please, don't paste images. They are compressed and you are seeing them well, but others don't.

You need to manually change this for each file. I strongly propose that you use GitHub app.
Then you don't have this problem anymore. This is Windows security feature and there is nothing that we can do.
