Press Green button. Then move to SD. Values should be 01 01 01.
If they are, change as described on the manual.

Hi,
We are using infrared probe. Just connect optical probe and check status as described.
Then you can read your meter.

i add a new post here because i'd like to know if there is some "work around" in order to keep alive the optical port without every time go phisically in front of meter just for "power on" the display going under SD status.
I ask this because i need to read data from meter periodically with a SCADA software that's disclocated in other area respect the meter.
If have any suggestion or also if there isn't possibility to do this please reply anyway at this answer.

Hi,
Please, create own topic if you have new question.
If you are not reading your meter continually try send keep alive message every 30 second (about).
It might keep connection up. Remember that this is using battery.
