I tried connecting my device "wasion DTSD 341" to my PC via RS232 port on the device, and I didn't get any response from the device. Neither did I get any response from optical port. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong?

Hi,

Your meter is supporting DL/T645-1997. It's China standard. We are not reading Chinese meters anymore.

I can post C# source codes here if you are interested. You can make a connection and read data from your meter.

Yes, please! That will be very helpful. I've been stuck with this problem for almost a week now.

However, my meter still says dlms/cosem compliant.
