Manufacturer settings

Hi,

/u parameter retrieves available manufacturer settings from Gurux server.
You only need to do it once.

After that just go with oarameters;
/m=ele /sp=Your serial port /t

Manufacturer settings

Hi,

I checked this and it seems that there are four different FLAG name that Elster might use.

http://dlms.com/organization/flagmanufacturesids/index.html

We have to think about this. Easy way is create several manufacturer settings using ELE, ELS, etc,
but it is not nice to select new meter manufacturer from the list where name is almost same.
