Hi, hello good-afternoon. (my first post to your forum)

I'll appologise in advance.... I'm a bit of a newbie to meter reading, but I have couple of Elster AS230's and I've fitted them with fixed Public IP sim cards, now I want to take a reading from these meters. after doing some research it appears to me that I require 'Elsters Power Master Unit' software which of course isn't freeware or no demo version available. Is there any other software I can use to connect to the meters IP address to pull a reading off.

any help would be appriciated.

Hi,

You can use GXDeviceEditor and GXDirector with protocol IEC 62053-21.
