how to write time to clock object in Apex150 with Low authentication using c#

I am unable write clock time values to meter and i need with sample code to sync apex150 meter. I Checked with Low authentication, but it is giving conformance error for write. I have also tried with DLMS director and faced the same issue.

Hi,

One of your settings is different than the meter expects.
Can you connect without authentication? If you can, change the authentication level to Low. Then change the client address and set the correct password.

The password and client address should be on the meter documentation.
