here what is meaning of 18 62 33, "<FrameType Value="18" />" its frame type but please explain what is role of "62 33" and how it get?

Hi,

DLMS is not an easy standard. 62 33 is CRC.
You need to get the DLMS standards and you can start from IEC 62056-46 Data link layer using HDLC protocol.
