I'm encountering an issue while updating SIM numbers. Below is the hex command I use to retrieve the SIM numbers:
00 01 00 11 00 01 00 22 C0 03 81 03 00 01 00 00 80 BE 01 FF 02 00 00 01 00 00 80 BE 02 FF 02 00 00 01 00 00 80 BE 03 FF 02 00
I created the following request to update the SIM numbers:
00 01 00 11 00 01 00 4A C1 04 81 03 00 01 00 00 80 BE 01 FF 02 00 00 01 00 00 80 BE 02 FF 02 00 00 01 00 00 80 BE 03 FF 02 00 03 0A 0B 30 33 32 32 34 36 34 34 34 34 33 0A 0B 30 33 32 32 34 36 37 38 38 38 33 0A 0B 30 33 32 32 34 36 37 35 35 35 33
However, when I send this hex command, the response I receive from the meter is:
0001000100110001C1 I'm not sure what this response means.
I then tried to update the SIM numbers using this command:
00 01 00 11 00 01 00 73 C3 01 41 00 12 00 00 2C 00 01 FF 02 01 02 02 06 00 00 00 00 09 5D 32 34 2D 30 38 2D 32 32 30 31 3A 31 38 3A 31 36 00 03 00 17 00 01 00 00 80 BE 01 FF 02 C1 0A 0B 30 33 33 35 34 34 34 35 31 33 39 00 17 00 01 00 00 80 BE 02 FF 02 C1 0A 0B 30 33 33 35 34 34 34 35 31 33 39 00 17 00 01 00 00 80 BE 03 FF 02 C1 0A 0B 30 33 33 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30
This time, the response from the meter indicated confirmation and success, but when I fetched the numbers again, they were not updated. What could be the issue?
Hi, 0001000100110001C1 is…
Hi,
0001000100110001C1 is invalid reply. There is something wrong with the meter.
In the second attempt, you will try to update the image. You need to ask the meter manufacturer what object you need to use to update the SIM number.
