Connecting Landis+Gyr E570 Serie2 with dMAP110&120

Hi my friend, I have an electric meter landisgyr E570 serie2 and parameterisation tool dMAP110 last version of 2023
and it's compatible with the meter firmware version but when I try to connect with optical probe it says "device not found"
can you please reply to me I really need your help

Hi,

I believe that you should ask the meter vendor. They know the best what might be the reason for Map110.
Here are a couple of tips.

Check that your optical probe is IEC compatible. Also make sure that the cable of the optical sensor is pointing down.

Hi,

Make sure that your optical probe is placed correctly. The cord (wire) should be downwards. Make sure that optical probe is compatible with your meter.

You can try to download GXDLMSDirector. Select L+G as a manufacturer and change the interface type to HdlcWithModeE. Select the correct serial port and connect. You should receive a reply from the meter. If you are not, check your optical probe.
