Failed to connect to E570 Landis+Gyr meter (Device not respond)

Hi my friend, we are trying to readout the "load profile" from a Landis & Gyr E570 (ZMY) serie2 in MAP110 tools with optical probe IEC62056-21(1107)
when we read the load profile it shows me that the device not respond.
Please can you help me and thanks in advance

Hi,

IEC62056-21 is quite an easy protocol and the usual meters reply.

If you can't get any reply from the meter check that your optical probe is placed correctly, the wire should be downward.

Check also that your optical probe driver is installed correctly for the Windows.

Thanks for your reply I really appreciate your work.
so I checked with the optical probe driver driver it's installed correctly, I think the problem is with the configuration in MAP110 tool, so I take this screenshoot to help me choose the suitable configuration

Hi,

If you want to use IEC62056-21, you need to select Serial-IEC.

DLMS and IEC62056-21 are not the same protocol.

WRAPPER is for TCP/IP connections.
