Hi.

I try to read and write data token from hexing HXE116-kp. I try manually in hercules serial using optical probe with HDLC mode E and get "/HXE5HX<CR><LF>".

And i try using GXDLMSDirector with hldc mode E, while meter trying to move baud rate, this meter cannot reply massage from software as i attached picture.

is here anyone here ever been able to read data from this meter? I still cannot find corrected setting including meter address. I cannot find manual from this meter and from vendor not given any clue about reading data from meter.

Another question, Is this meter not using DLMS?? I asked from vendor he telling this meter using DLMS. I think this meter not using DLMS because cannot found DLMS label from meter, and i suspect this meter using IEC62056-21 protocol.

Hi,

We have read HXE12 and that is supporting DLMS. All the documentation from the HXE116 shows that it's supporting only IEC62056-21 so I believe that you are right and your meter is not supporting DLMS.

You need to verify this from the meter vendor because it might be that there is the new firmware that supports DLMS, but I didn't find any information about it.
