Gurux DLMS for Java

Hello,
We need to set 23 capture objects into the load profile. When we do this using GXDLMSClient this would automatically split this PDU into multiple data blocks based on the max PDU size and send it.
When we try to send this using an XML SetRequest with GXDLMSXMLClient it is sending this as a single block, which would exceed the max PDU (260B). This results in an Invalid type error from the meter. Is there any option to split the large PDU and convert this into multiple set requests? We can not separate this into multiple PDU's as there is no option of adding to existing capture objects.
If it's not supported right now is there any plan for adding such a feature in the future?
Thank You
BR

Hi Pramod,

Hi Pramod,

This should be done automatically. Have you enabled "Set Block Transfer" from proposed conformances? Is your meter returning "Set Block Transfer" in negotiated conformance?

BR,
Mikko
