Connection is permanently rejected No reason is given

Hi, I am getting "Connection is permanently rejected. No reason is given." while authenticating after upgrading the firmware. Old firmware meter still working without any issues.
Firmware update done through GXDLMSDirector and through GXDLMSDirector still I am able to read/operate the meter. But Java application giving this error. Given the Logs below.
