Gurux DLMS for Java

hi mikko,
1)I have an example where i need to connect the server first in association 0.0.40.0.0.255, then after disconnect request, i need to connect it back to other association ex 0.0.40.0.1.255 then again after 5 min when rx comes as disconnect, i need to connect back to 0.0.40..0.0.255, is this possible to change association in between the requests?

Hi,

Hi,

You need to close the previous session and start a new one. You can't change the association when the connection is established. Meters can usually handle only one session at the time. The reason for this is the low amount of memory in the meter.

BR,
Mikko
