Hi,

Hi,

If you are using static IP address you can access your meter with GXDLMSDirector.
Just set correct IP address and try to connect.

Hi,

Hi,

Yes, it is. If you are using the static IP address it will behave as using normal TCP/IP connection.

Hi,

Hi,

Your TCP/IP connection fails. Check your IP address and port number.
Try can try to ping your meter.

Hi,

Hi,

It depends on the meter. You need to ask this info from the meter vendor.

Hi,

Hi,

Check that you can access your APN. Also, check the firewall. This error is coming from Windows and it means that connection can't be established. There is nothing that we can do for this.
Verify that your meter is really using static and not dynamic IP addresses.

Hi,

Hi,

Permission denied is OS error. This app is not connecting to the meter. Check that you have a static IP.
Another app expects that meter makes the connection.

Mikko
