Not able to get billing data by range

Hi Mikko,

I can not able to read billing data from profile generic by selecting entries by range. Want to have billing data of last three months.

Received error(11) : Device reports an unavailable object.

However, able to read all data successfully.

Hi,

Some meters are accurate from the date time structure. Try to start by setting time settings from the advanced tab in GXDLMSDirector (see pic.). Try to find right combination.

However, we are not possible to read data by range and entry also. Can read data for all only.
Applied all six possible combinations.

Hi,

You need to ask from the meter manufacturer is this implemented. I know that all the meters are not supporting this at all. You can only read all values.

However, I am able to read block load profile for the same meter by range and entries. Do you think range and entry wise reading is not supported from the same meter only for billing?

Hi,

I don't know what meter you are using, but it's common ex. in India meters that all the profile generics are not supporting read by entry or range. You need to verify this from the meter vendor.
