I'm working at development of AMR system. Anyone has documented information about frame format of DLMS/COSEM standard?

Hi,

DLMS/COSEM is very well documented because it's a standard.
If you are interested you should read standards.
I have to warn that DLMS/COSEM is not a easy protocol.
It's not like ModBus where you just send some data and get something back.

DLMS data is upper level. It's framed to HDLC frames or IEC 62056-47 COSEM transport layers for IPv4 networks if that is supported. Or some other layers.

I know that DLMS/COSEM is a standard. But I don't have access to full Green or Blue Books from DLMS UA. I can download some Excerpts only.

Do you have this documents?

Hi,

Yes, we have buy standards.
DLMS/COSEM is very complicated protocol and I believe that if you really want to understand DLMS/COSEM you should buy them as well.
