As a part of a project and proof of concept, we are testing the communication, reliability and vulnerability for smart meters. In doing so we are looking at the IEC communication protocol for these meters, the accuracy of measuring energy and the security flaws. We are close to completing the project and require some assistance.

You need to change authentication level to higher if you want to change data. You will find more info from the meter manual, (password, client address).
