Hi, I am trying to read the time periods of the Itron SL7000 meter. In doing so, it indicates that there is an error and the reading cannot be done per period. Is there an example where you indicate how it is done and how the dates are set for reading? I am using the gxDemandRegister registry. The meter answers the following:

<HDLC len="13" >
<TargetAddress Value="1" />
<SourceAddress Value="4011" />
<!--I frame.-->
<FrameType Value="52" />
<PDU>
<GetResponse>
<GetResponseNormal>
<!--Priority: HIGH ServiceClass: UN_CONFIRMED invokeID: 1-->
<InvokeIdAndPriority Value="81" />
<Result>
<DataAccessError Value="AccessViolated" />
</Result>
</GetResponseNormal>
</GetResponse>
</PDU>
</HDLC>

Thank!!

Hi,

Hi,

How you try to read gxDemandRegister? Is that register in association view?
Is this happening every time or is it random?

Mikko

That happens to me always. I

That happens to me always. I had to take the data that the meter gives me before the return code, since the meter and the functions respond well in general but in part

if (ret! = DLMS_ERROR_CODE_OK)

Always answer the number 263.

On the other hand I would need to know how to set the date of the period, to request. Is there any example of that?

thank you very much

Hi,

Hi,

263 error code is Client HDLC Address is not set.
Check that your client address is the same as what meter returns.

Try to read your meter with GXDLMSDirector first and use the same settings.

BR,
Mikko
