Dear sir,
We have tested DLMS stack with GURUXDLMS director .
But our customer Read the DLMS meter using Kalkitech meter explorer tool ...Then it is not working means object downloading gets failed ...
why it happens?
Any changes required?

What programming language you are using (C++, Java, C#)?
CRC is count wrong.
I believe that you have made some modifications. Check that.
Framework handles CRC counting and you don't do anything.

Dear sir,
I believe that you have made changes for Guru ANSI C framework.
If you are using ANSI C, create ticket for project management and it's handled there faster.

i dont getting what you are saying.
if it woks on our GURUXDirector and if we want it works on another tool...it require changes...am i right?
can you please elaborate which changes are required? or any other case?
