I am completely new to DLMS. I need to read my meter(rs232 port) using .Net. what all parameters I need from the manufecturer?

Hi,

You need to know following.
1. Is Logical Name referencing used.
2. Client Address.
3. Server Address.
4. Is 62056-21 used as start protocol or is communicating started with DLMS.

What is the meter you try to read?
