Need help finding out the correct dlms settings for this meter

Hello.

I was trying to find out the correct setting for this below Honeywell gprs gas
meter using HDLC address resolver in GXDLMSDirector.

But I failed to do so. When I try to scan the client and server addresses using optical port, meter doesn't reply with any response. Also, in the address resolver settings if I change the baud rate, stop byte etc., they don't change.

I am yet to receive the documentation from the vendor. So I am not 100% sure whether the meter supports dlms protocol or not.

Could you please suggest possible troubleshooting steps or alternative methods to establish communication with the meter?

Hi,

There is no DLMS label on the cover of the meter, so this is not a DLMS meter.

It's using some other protocol. You need to ask the documentation from the meter vendor.

Hi, I am completely new to this meter programming. Can you please tell whether all DLMS meters have DLMS label on them? What are the other protocols that are usually used in gprs gas meters?

I have already requested meter vendor for documentation but it is taking time to get response from them.

Hi,

DLMS meters must have a DLMS certificate and a DLMS logo on the meter cover.

There are several different protocols and only the meter manufacturer knows what protocol this meter uses.

You need to wait for an answer from the meter vendor.
