LANDIS E650 METER RS485 COMMUNICATION ISSUE

We urgently require your support for the subject case. Here are details. We have installed 4nos. of E650 meter equipped with E65 CU-XE communication modules in a 12kV VCB Panel where the RS485 connection doesnt establish with your DLMS test software. Please let me know what are points to be noted.

Hi,

At first, check your CU-XE settings. There are several settings with CU-XE that must be correct. Then check if you can read your meter with CU-XE client. In that way, you can verify that your connection can be established.

I believe that your server address is different from what is configured for the meter.
