Gurux.DLMS.AMI

Hi! I am trying to import a device template that I have created from GXDLMSDirector, but I got this error:

What it can be related to?

I am using the Gurux.AMI from the docker on a Linux server.

Hi,

Do you have any objects in your template?
Or can you share your device template with me? You can send it by email so I can check what might cause this.

Mikko

Hi, Both your templates are…

Hi,

Both your templates are tested and they worked without problems.
Are you using the latest docker?
What Linux server are you using?

Hello! I have already import…

Hello!

I have already import the device template. But, in the process I have encounter some problems:

1. To import the template: I was having this error when uploading the file:

Argument_UTCOutOfRange Arg_ParamName_Name, offset

I thought it was related to the UTC configuration, so I changed my computer's hour to UTC +00 and the template import worked. Any idea of how to fix it without changing the clock? My original hour is in UTC -5.

2. With the last version of the docker: Today I launched the last version of the docker and tried to connect to a meter (Landis E650), but it did not connect. I looked out the device traces and encountered that there was an error in the directions in the frame that the gurux ami sends. (Using the 3639 version of the docker with the same template and the same configuration this did not happend). Any ideas of what I am doing wrong? Also, the template don't use the physical direction directly, it use the serial number of the meter.

3. Now I am having this problem when reading a meter:

8/2/2023 4:30:42 PM +00:00 Input string was not in a correct format.

Any ideas of how to fix it?

4. Finally, when I create a device with serial communication I don't see the option to change or select the serial port:

Thank you very much for all your help!

Hi LauraZ,

Can you add the hex trace so I can check what might be the reason?
