T_HDLC_INFO_N3
Wrong N(S) sequence number FAILED(Response not RR)
Send AARQ with wrong sequence number.
This test is used to check that meter can handle if AARQ is sent with wrong sequence number.

We improved something else some time ago and didn't realize that this improvement will break HDLC tests. There is a new version available where this is fixed.
