You can create a new topic selecting correct category from Gurux Forum and then create a new topic selecting "New Topic" from the top left.

We are using the latest version of Gurux.DLMS library.
Some times getting an error message in logs "Ciphered failed. Server system title is unknown."
Can you please provide an update on when and why this error comes?

The server hasn't returned the system title in AARE for some reason.
Check the AARE message when this happens next time.
