Hi MIkko,

Can I write data into the meter (with high authentication) at the time of data reading (with low authentication) from the meter?

Actually, my requirement is that I want to write system time into the meter at the time when application is reading the data from the meter. I am using Low authentication for data reading and High authentication for data writing. Is this possible without disconnection of meter? I am using c++ to achieve this.

Kindly suggest me.

Thanks & Regards,
Pradson

Hi Pradson,

Hi Pradson,

I have to say that this depends on the meter. Some meters allow multiple connections at the same time, some only one.

I believe that you have to close the connection and start again, but you need to test this with your meter.

BR,
Mikko
