As a normal continuum, Gurux DLMS source code for ANSI C is published as Open Source today. Using Open Source benefits you can increase quality and implementation time to implement your own DLMS meters using ANSI C.
Gurux was Established 1998. Because we have 20 years anniversary we want to celebrate this. Time has past fast and we have achieved some great things.

We wonder how to celebrate this. Because most our users are abroad, offering a coffee or having a party feel foolish. For this reason, DLMS Android component is relased as Open Source in GitHub.
Using Gurux GXDLMSDirector with own transport channel (media).
Sometimes it might be possible that you want to communicate with your meter using
not yet implemented communication media (example Zigbee, Lora, Z-Wave, SigFox, etc.). In that case you can create own media component
to enable communication with your meter.
To help our users to read and understand DLMS protocol better we have made Gurux DLMS Translator. Using Gurux DLMS Translator you can convert DLMS PDU or ASN.1 to XML format. You can also convert XML to PDU or ASN.1 bytes. Using message translator you can paste log file example from GXDLMSDirector and convert DLMS bytes a more readable XML format.
We have improved issue handling. Now all our Open Source community members can see open issues and report them.
