how to overcome this?

Hi,
Your meter is returning Float32 as scaler and unit. There should be array with two values (Scaler and Unit) and now there is only one value. Your meter is not support DLMS standard as it should be.

Float32 is data type for value 00 00 09 62.
we are making structure of 2 element(02 02)of integer scaler(0F FE) and enum unit(16 23).
