The all-0 key I set when using the GXDLMSDirector client can be read normally,However, use https://github.com/Gurux/GuruxDLMS.c/tree/948da08617e623f5e3f6dd3dab9ad… appear error.

The meter returns IncompatibleConformance. I don't know if that's the real error or if your block cipher key differs from the meter key.
Check your block cipher and authentication keys first. They MUST be the same as the meter is using.
