Hi, You need to check the…

Hi,

You need to check the correct settings from the meter documentation. The meter doesn't answer if one of the settings is different from what the meter expects.

You should be able to read the meter if you select IskraEmeco as a manufacturer. You didn't tell are you reading with an optical probe or RS-232.

Select HdlcWithModeE if you are using an optical probe, and HDLC if you are using RS-232.

BR,
Mikko
