hi. I successfully connect with meter using Manufature software. And i managed to use gurux software and gurux library to get data from meter. But i dont know the address like logical, physical, and client.
so i use gurux translator to translate from manufacture software for get the meter address. But when i type address like in the screenshot to gurux software i still cannot get reply by meter. And i look at the frame packet in gurux software not same with in translator. so i think the address is not correct when i type in gurux software
i still confusing about meter address because have a lot of name. I ask about how to implement address from translator to get working in gurux software and gurux library. Thanks

DLMS is a complicated protocol and there are lots of settings. If one of the settings is different than the meter expects, the meter is not answering.
In the future, don't add pics. Plain text is easier to read.
Try to set Logican address 1 and Physical address to ox10. Then select the "Frame" tab and set the server address size to 4.
