How to set up certificates for Simulator meter

Hi，I use the Simulator（Java） as the meter.So how can I set up certificates for the Simulator meter?
I want to use the Director to connect the meter and use ECDSA suite1.I have already generate certificates and Private key for the client by using the Director tool. But I don't know how to set the certificates for the Simulator meter.
