Every time simulator gives Client address: 16 Without authentication.

Dear Sir,

I am trying to create a high authentication (US) template. Template is created successfully but when i am connecting that template connects only without authentication.

I am using shared format below to create a single phase template for high association.

-S COM3 -o hpl_singlePh.xml -d India -t Verbose -i HDLC -c 32 -a High -P 1111111100000000 -C AuthenticationEncryption -A 0000000000000000 -B 0000000000000000 -v 0.0.43.1.2.255 -T HPL72998

For run template
-p 4060 -x hpl_singlePh.xml -N 10 -d India -t Verbose -i HDLC -a High -c 48 -P 1111111100000000 -C AuthenticationEncryption -A 0000000000000000 -B 0000000000000000 -v 0.0.43.1.3.255 -T HPL72998

After run getting
DLMS HDLC Logical Name simulator start in ports 4060-4069.
Server address: 1

I want connection with high authentication. I am new please help me for fix this.
