I am passing this as argument it is not connecting to meter. How will I connect to the meter also in Gurux DLMS Director shall we get the IP address of the meter through optical probe?

If you can connect for the meter using an optical probe you can see the IP Address from IP4 Setup Object or IP6 Setup Object.
