How can I start NotifyService?
Log message : "Listening notifications in port 4059", but message "Notify service is starting" does not occur and notifications don't come.
Maybe the service is not so configured?
I use ipv6 HostName - ::1, NetworkType - 0, Interface - 0.

First I need to ask this. Do you want to receive push messages from the meters or do you want that meters make the scheduled connection to the Gurux.DLMS.AMI and then AMI reads wanted data from the connected meter?

Push arrives, but the packet size is larger than the sent packet. And reply.Notify.IsComplete = false
