Your version of the Security setup object is zero in the database and you try to read the meter that is using Security setup version one. I checked this and the version number is updated correctly to the database. Have you created the template with a different device?
The only way to solve this at the moment is if you change the version number from zero to one for this security setup object or read the association view again from the meter and add the device template again.

Is it a setting in device properties? Can I change this setting via the interface AMI?
