AssociationLogicalName has dataType 2 for attribute 4 and 6 (version 3), but value has string "<OctetString Value="60 85 74 05 08 01 01" />".

Hi,

The application context name is serialized always using octet-string. This is something that you don't write to the meter. I need to think should this serialize using structure if it's used.
