extra info is not stored when parsing date

Bug in _GXCommon.py.

extra = DateTimeExtraInfo.NONE is calculated, but then is not stored into the "value" object, resulting in an erroneous value for daylights_savings dates.

Adding right before the return dt.extra = extra fixes the issue.
