Dear sir,
we are using indian standard as a manufacturer for event reading.
while taking reading from the tool , response from the tool is accurately come as per DLMS standard.

There is a no problem with data response ....but the actual reading in the table shown in tool is not coming.
Total columns created are totaly blank..
what is the problem?....please suggest me..

Dear Sir,

Can you read your columns example GXDLMSDirector and send log to me by email.
You can refresh only one profile generic columns selecting that profile generic and selecting Refresh under File menu.
