Meter is sending a push message and at least one of the push message objects is not in the database. Can you add a hex trace from the push message so I can check what are the push objects?

This is clear. Randomization start interval (attribute #5) is not implemented to the meter and the meter returns UnavailableObject error. You can remove that and it's not read.
