Hi Mikko,
I need to develop an application with .Net 3.5, and I cannot find the .dll of Gurux.Net.dll and Gurux.Serial.dll .
Please, could you help me?

Hi rfaja!

Variant 1. Download and install special software for reading smart metering electricity, MeterTools, NartisTools (runet) or other free software to manufacture equipment where worked in dlms/cosem protocol. In installation directiry exist this files:
Gurux.Common.dll
Gurux.DLMS.dll
Gurux.Serial.dll
Gurux.Net.dll

Variant 2. for Windows 10 install Visual Studio Community 2022 on line installer, next, add new project and to property project select "Manage nuget package...".
