I've started using iskra meters and DLMSDirector but the problem is 1) dlmsdirector do not connect troght the ir port and second even meterview that cost me some money do not have this meter in the compatibility list, i have noticed that is possible to import the models like a sort of "driver" in meterview, anyone can help me to have this bad boy work with both softwares ?

I just read ME372. The problem usually is that your optical cable is bad (cheap). What is the brand of your cable?
