Hi,

How can we upgrade the firmware of meter using gurux. I have seen some link on gurux but even after seen that we are not able to read the Image transfer status. Do i need to change any DLMS clientAddress or serverAddress during initialization.

Hi,

First check that you are using High authentication and client address is correct.
Check table 2. Detailed Association Properties for the Smart meter from Indian Standard 15959 P-2.

Hi,

We are trying to connect with high authentication and the client address is 80. But it is not letting me connect with the meter.
It is giving me error as: gurux.dlms.GXDLMSException: Connection is permanently rejected
Authentication failure.

Can you let me now what am i doing wrong?

Hi,

You must use secured connection (ciphering, Authentication and Encryption).
Authentication must be High.
