HI SIR,
I recently started working on single-phase dlms meter, i compiled my utility (which contain GURUX library code) in linux terminal, from meter side got some response but can't able to get specific value(i.e voltage) from the meter it's coming "UNDEFINED OBJECT",

could anyone help me to move further.

(Assume here my laptop act as CLIENT and DLMS meter as SERVER)

-> Communication mode is through OPTICAL
queried OBIS:
-> Meter serial number - "0.0.96.1.0.255" (Request type 1)
-> voltage - "1.0.12.7.0.255" (Request type 3)
-> Authentication type NONE
-> DLMSClientIP = 16
-> DLMSServerIP = 1

How to decode snrm request ?
I need to know what exact message is transmitting and receiving so for that I want to know byte by byte, could you share some ideas

Hi Sir,
when I tried to communicate with Dlms meter, sometimes I got value sometimes I'm getting error code like 260, 269,,271,258

if I try to decode this response its showing " INVALID DLMS FRAMING ", could you assist me to rectify this issue.

Hi,

There is an issue with your meter. This is not an DLMS reply. Ask if there is a firmware update for the meter where this is fixed.

Only thing what you can do is to read the meter again.
