Hi, I would like to report a problem with the gurux.serial.android package.

This package is old (last updates from 2017) and not updated so there are some features that are required for newer Android versions.
I would like to ask if it's possible for you to update your project or if I can make a pull request for your project with the features updated (I personally cloned the project and made the updates).

Hi Marcus,

There are customers who are still using the old version of Android studio.

But, you are right on this and the new version is released after the tests are over. I can't say the exact release day yet, but it will take some time because the testing takes longer than the implementation.
