Is it possible to simulate dynamic ip meter in dlms simulator?

I've written a listener for dynamic ip meter, but for now client is unable to setup a meter for testing purposes. Is it possible to modify the simulator code to simulate this scenario, if yes then how.

Hi,

The simulator can't work as a dynamic meter at the moment. The client needs to establish the connection for the meter.
